show date in comment instead of "created yesterday" or "created 2 days ago"

Hi community, 

I have a question to the info field in comments where is shown, when a comment was written. Right now there is the info "commented yesterday" or "commented 4 days ago", and so on.

Can I change it, that there is always the date when the comment was created even when it was today or yesterday or 3 days ago?

This is in JIRA Software as well as in JIRA ServiceDesk.
