slow incoming e-mail management

Hi All,

I would like to speed up the management of the incoming e-mails, I tried to check the System settings, but I was not able to find the option. 

I checked the on-line documentation and the community questions / discussions but I was not able to find a post with a similar request.

Do you know how to speed up the management of the incoming mail? Thank you for the support.

Hi @Luigi_Ferri , 

Natively, there is no such options to speed up the incoming mail in JIRA. However, you need to first analyse the logs and find out the cause for it. There could be multiple causes for this to happen. You can investigate it as per this page and based on the investigation, follow the respective resolution.
