Round Robin

If I use round-robin to assign to a list of agents, is there a way to automatically assign to active agents without manually adding and removing them from the list?

If an agent is working but takes a lunch is still receiving tickets.  Is there an "active" or "inactive" option to use with round-robin assignments?

I don't think this is possible yet. You may want to create a feature request. This would also be nice for when people are out off the officr/vacation

Thank you - strange, this feels like a basic need for agents, being able to easily activate and inactivate themselves.
