in the outgoingmail.log i found this error. The to-adress is null.
How can i solve this problem?

SMTP server issues, this can be security settings, or even as simple as invalid username and password.

Where is this message coming from, what issue is triggering this error?
Is there a user on that issue it want's to sent email to without an email address?
What are the settings of system setting Outgoing Mail, or is the outgoing mail disabled?

i found this message in the outgoingmail.log. It is a message from the mail error queue.
Outgoing mail is enabled. Do you know from which user this messages are sent?

thank for your support. I have contact our mail-server-admin and he added the jira-server to the mail relay.
