Service Desk - Collaborators assignee and work load not available

Hi,

in cloud JIRA SD with agents, collaborators, customers I want to know if there's a way to:

1. allow collaborators load worklog in issues created from SD
2. allow SD agent assign issues to collaborators

This questions because if I have another person who work in a issue of SD (for testing, programming, ...) with me we need to load different worklog.

Another problem is assign issue to a non-agent person. The assignment is possible only if a user is agent?

About your questions:

1. It is not possible but there is a request for that. Please check it here.
2. In Service Desk projects, you can only assign issues to agents. For more information please check this document.
