Telegram notifications for customers

Dear community!

Is it possible to set up a notification in Telegram for customers.

Maybe it's possible to create a bot so that the customer can log in and receive notifications of his requests?

Hi Nick! 

We have a connector for Jira server: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218556/telegram-integration-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=server

We are currently working on the Cloud version of the app, so please watch out for updates :) 

Pretty sure there may be other apps already available for Cloud.
