Unable to Configure Incoming Mail Handler with Microsoft Exchange

Trying to Configure a Incoming Mail Server and I get an error messaging saying unable to find a valid certification when connecting Exchange via IMAP. Has anyone been able to solved this? We are going through the initial stages of setting up JIRA for the company

Per your description, I believe you might be facing a PKIX issue, where the SSL Issuer from the Exchange is not present in the Java TrustStore (cacerts file).

I would recommend you follow this How to import a public SSL certificate into a JVM KB to import the SSL from Exchange on Java and see it this works.
