I am currently an Agent and Admin in Jira, with the capability to create JSM projects in Production. However, when attempting to create JSM projects in the Sandbox environment, I encounter an error. Could you assist in resolving it. Thanks
Error message:
We are unable to add Jira Service Management.
This is a sandbox instance. Go to Atlassian Admin to add a new product to your organization.
Thanks
You will need to be granted the correct permissions on the sandbox instance.
Sandbox instances don't inherit prod instance permissions.
Contact your site or org admin to grant you permissions on the sandbox
Or the JSN product is not enabled on the sandbox, still contact your site or org admin to add the product on the Sandbox.
Hi,
I have the solution. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ --> Go to products --> click on your product --> click on the three dots --> manage sandboxes --> click on add.
See here as well ;)

Thank you for your reply, Marc.
I am an Org Admin, but it seems there is no Site Admin in my organization. Could you please assist me in setting one up?
You are absolutely right that this is a permissions issue. I’m currently looking into permissions for JSM projects in the Sandbox environment.
I would appreciate your guidance on how to find and update the product permissions in Sandbox.
Thank you again for all your help
