What might be causing this error, "circuitbreaker 'media-api-client' is open"?
We are unable to open, upload, or download files to our Jira Service Desk (Cloud) application as of a few minutes ago.
We are wondering how to fix this issue.

The issue started an hour back, better we raise an support request to atlassian
