customer satisfaction email

My Service Desk is not sending any customer satisfaction questions. How do i fix this?

It was enable, i disabled it and enabled it again and its working fine now, thanks.

Check the following - Project settings > satisfaction settings

I have never experienced them not being sent if enabled. I would check junk mail just to be sure. If you are confident they are not being sent then I would contact Atlassian Support.
