I want to know how I can change the logo displayed on the left on the portal and replace the word "arondor" in the access URL.

Logo can be changed via https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-name-and-logo-to-your-portal/

'Arondor' is the sitename of your Atlassian site, which you can change as well.
