We have different customers , for whom we need to use similar project. But we need to offer different branding to them. Can we add different kind of projects to one Jira Service Management project or we need to create different Jira Service Management (Cloud) project for this?
You can create multiple projects under Jira Service Management by using one of the existing template already created for the project.
Talking about the different customers portal, yes you will have to create a different customer portal for each and every customer onboarded on Jira.
