is any opportunity to let customers change assignee?

Hello Community!

I want to let Customers change assignee throught the portal. 

I have already made one transition evailable on the portal, but field "assignee" is not avaliable for Customers.

Do you know how to solve this problem? maybe there are any plugins for my case?

Is it normal field`s format? 

why "assignee" become select-list? so i can`t change assignee. 

p.s. i have already checked all permisions, screens etc.

Also we are using Mobile for Jira Service Desk Portal

and i can`t see Actions for Jira Service Desk transitions in App,
