×Hello,
We need to make outgoing requests for our customers.
Example: we notice a problem in receiving information from our customers, and we want to create a ticket with sending an email to the customer to ask either to modify the error, or to explain this error with a copy to the account manager.
I can't find how to do this easily.
Do I have to use Trello Automaton? Is there a specific project template to do these actions? Or another mechanism that I haven't found yet.
Thank you for your help. I've been on it for days.
Have a nice day.
Hi Emilie,
I'm not sure what you mean by Outgoing Request per se. And, I'm unsure why you mentioned Trello Automation, since this post was submitted to JSM.
In your project, if you have Email requests enabled, you will get a support email address under Project Settings > Channels & Self Service > Email. Maybe it's an idea to send an email to the customer and this email address, then a ticket would be created in your JSM project.
Hello, I found how to do it using Automation. Thanks for your help.
