when approval rejected transition linked issues

Hi everyone.

I would like to know if anyone know how to add an automation to the jira service management project when the approval is rejected then the linked issue should be transitioned

appreciate everyone's time and replies. 

How the get the approval response record?

Hi @Muhammad Akram Sharifi ,

You can use approval completed trigger. Because the rule is run only when an approval is accepted or declined

Then you can use new action to transition the issue to any state

Thanks for your reply,

approval completed automation trigger will work the same for accept and declined

I am looking If {{approval.Decision}} = Declined

then transition to "TO DO"
