I would like to create an automation that sends a reminder email to approvers on a ticket that have yet to approve. I don't want the reminder email to go to any approvers that have already approved though
@Peter Leach Yes, we can not set up an automation rule in using the scheduler event in which you can check the condition whether the Appover is Empty or not, if not and also, to avoid sending an duplicate email to the appovers who aleady approved the work item. Whenever the approver approves the work item you can capture that initiator to the another field (like Approverd etc) and you can use the advance compare or for each action to compare & check the users available in the current Approver and Approved field and then send an email.

Yet again, another thing that should be simple to set up, and is a very common use case, has no way of being done easily in Jira. Ugh.
