Reports from tempo not included time from JSM project

Hey, is there any chance to get the reports tempo from the JSM project?

We can add work time to the JSM project, but it's not included in our reports. Is there any advice to fix that, or we can't log time to the JSM project?

Can you please check if the worklog owners can view their own worklogs on JSM tickets in their "My Work" view?

If so, you might not have permission to view worklogs of other users. 
Access to view worklogs of other users can be given on project or team level.

Can you please check if you have the "View all worklogs" permission for the JSM project (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/project-permissions.html) or the "View worklogs" permission for the team the worklog owner(s) are members of (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html)? 

In both cases, you need to have access to view the issues (Browse projects permission for the JSM project). 
For the "Browse Projects" and "View all worklogs" permission, you can check this by using the JIRA permission helper, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
