Can you provide a screenshot of what you are actually seeing? Are you indeed on a team managed project, or on a company managed project? Are you an admin of the project?

No, that's not correct. Are you on a Company Managed Project, or a Team Managed project as you suggested by the documentation? Take a look at the bottom left of your project. If you see this:
Then you are on a team managed project, and the instructions I gave you from my previous post should be good.
If you are on a company managed project then it's slightly different:

Oh I was there before but I had hope that meybe i will be able to use this view from example. Looks more user frendly :)
