When open requests for to approve by all users (including admin) on service desk portal , we have seen two error screen like attachments.

For a ticket to be visible in the customer portal, it's import that the request type is filled, so the first thing I would like you to check is if the request type is not empty.
If the request type is filled, can you please let us know if removing the approvers the ticket shows correctly in the portal?
Also, if possible, approve the ticket internally using the agent view and check if after the ticket is approved/declined, if it will show in the portal.
