Hi Community,
I need your help.
When transferring a task from project X to project Y (both projects have SLAs), the SLA doesn't restart in project Y but continues.
Example: A task was created in project X and stayed for 10 minutes, then the task is moved to project Y. The team working in project Y sees the task with -10 minutes.
Is there a way in Jira or ScriptRunner to make the SLA restart when the task is transferred to project Y?
Hi @Petru Negrusa This feature is not currently available. You can find an open feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8408
However, you will find some solution suggested here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Jira-Service-Management-SLA-Reset-When-Issue-Moves-to-Different/qaq-p/1938013
Hope this is helpful!
