Hi,
I am trying to cleanup my user list inside a JSM project in Cloud. I see user types as follow:
Administrators
Project Super Users
Project Users
Service Desk Customers
Service Desk Team
I am trying to find the documentation online but nothing mention the Project Super Users for exemple.
I only can find:
Administrators, Agents and Customers:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-user-types-and-roles/
Do you know where I can get more info? Maybe those roles were created by another admin?
Thank you!
Hi @Martin ,
yes, these are project roles. Administrators, Service Desk Customers and Service Desk Team are default project roles, the others were probably added by another admin.
Hi @Martin
As @Hana Kučerová said Administrator, Service Desk Customers and Service Desk team are the Jira default Project roles and remaining are the custom role created by other Jira Admin. To understand where this project role is used you need to check permission scheme of the project.
Cheers,
Mayur
