I need help regarding creating SLA, my requirement is to set the overdue sla based on the due date assigned to the issue, for example i created an issue today and the due date is 10th in that case my overdue sla should set to 3days, how can I achieve that.
Yes, you can use the SLA Time and Report app for Jira Work Management and Jira Software. The add-on supports both standard and custom fields for SLA goals.
You can create an SLA configuration with SLA goals for the Negotiated date field or based on a Time limit. See the documentation for more details.
With a 30-day trial, you can try it yourself or book a one-to-one live demo where our manager will help you set everything up.

Hi @Ayush Lawania ,
In native SLA you will not be able to add the SLA goal as per the custom field data and you can try the "Time to SLA" app in this case.

Please refer to this article for more details.

With that being said, there are a couple of third-party solutions which you may wanna give it a try:
Hope it helps!

Can we use these add-ons for work management and software projects as well?

@Ayush Lawania I would suggest reaching out to the vendor's support team. In general, apps should support JWM and Jira Software unless it is stated otherwise!
