I am working on building out Services in JSM and am wanting to see if it's possible that when I search for a Service that has dependent Service Relationships I see all of those related services. Example:
Service 1: Phone System
Service 2: Call Center
Service 3: Call Recording
Service 4: On-Hold Music
3 depends on 2, 2 depends on 1, 4 depends on 1. I assign 2, 3, and 4 Services to different incidents. I want to be able to do an advanced search for the field "Affected Service" = "Phone System" and have all of the results for tickets that have Services 1, 2, 3, and 4 tied to the Affected Services field. Is this possible or would I have to set the multiple services for each ticket?
