i have created a service desk project
when a user logs on they can create requests via the portal
however i am looking for a way for certain users to have access to a set of requests available for them
and other users have a different set of requests when logged on to portal
is there a way to do this?
we can achieve these by granting particular permission,
add users to one particular group and add group to browse project permission
these will allow only to view set of projects where certain group allowed, don't add Service Desk Customer - Portal Access to browse permission, add it to create issue permission
