Setting up Email Requests

Anyone know why we keep getting this message in our Jira SM. We are trying to set up the email requests and it worked for a couple tests but now we get this error and it increases in time. Now its up to 80 minsScreenshot 2023-07-28 at 1.00.08 PM.png

Hi @Peter Aldana ,

as the error states the connection fails due to 401 Unauthorized error, you may want to check the setup once more to verify this, do check the token/password timeout or validity, perhaps your token loses validity after a while and your connection becomes unauthorized due to that.

Although if you're sure the connection is correctly setup then this maybe something that the support team will have to assist you with since they have access to more detailed error logs from their end.
