Show issues for Manager and All Those In Their Team

All our non-IT staff are customers in our Jira software.  They and their staff can all enter issues.  Is there a way to use Jira's out-of-box features to show managers all issues they've reported as well as from members of their team?

I haven't seen a field for the reporter's supervisor, but something like that.  Also, is there a way to do that through a portal rather than having to generate queries and email them the results?

Hi @Dean Zimmermann

You can try our add-on that allows you to do reports in the portal directly with lots of options to filter (by reporter, by organization, by custom fields) and you can also export the results in excel or csv - Advanced Portal Reports

Greetings,

If they belong to specific groups you can search on that using a query like this:

reporter in membersOf(teamA)

The portal cannot display any reports or charts, so your options are to either create a dashboard or display the information in Confluence.
