Show open issues by same reporter in issue creation form

Hi, How can I add all open issues by a reporter in the create issue form?

Hello @Matteo Forlin FOX and welcome to the Community,

you can't per Default. All open Issues can be found behind the Avatar icon in the upper right corner and should be shown per Number (small 1 for one open issue).

To actually alter the Request forms you'd need third party plugins. Refined is quite a powerful one that you could look into: Refined Sites for JSM (Theme ITSM, HR, Help & Service Desks) | Atlassian Marketplace
