Specific user doesn't receive JIRA's e-mail notifications

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Specific user (rakesh.barot@bkt-tires.com) doesn't receive JIRA's e-mail notifications. Not even welcome mail for signing up is been received. Kindly help me out. Working fine for rest of all customers and mail received by them.

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the email address is on the suppression list.
