My company invested in Jira Cloud and we have created a Service Management project and was ready for release.
Doing some last support language changes i noticed that over default request created template is now messed up.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community and for sharing the screenshots.
It seems that the outgoing email format was changed from HTML to Text, that’s why the links are showing like that.
There are some settings that you need to change on your site:
Go to Cog icon > System > Default user preferences > Edit default values and set the Email format to HTML > Update.
After that, go to Cog icon > Products > Email requests and check the box on Enable HTML email parsing.
Also, since you were testing the notification, you can also check your personal settings. Please, go to your Profile picture > Personal settings and select HTML on Email notifications format > Save changes.
