Can we have a survey attached to the Portal, but not associated with a specific ticket? Or asked another way, is there a way to survey active customers -- NOT tied to a specific ticket?

You can either send notification to the customer through automation or have a link to your survey in the banner part of portal

I can create the customized survey. I can add a note to the banner part of the Portal, but I'm having issues having a shareable link to the survey. Any thoughts there?
