Switching on notifications from JSM tickets

We have a customer who switched off notifications for JSM ticket and we cannot find a way to switch them back on?

Hello @Lisa Manwaring ,

when it comes to tickets, even if the customer turned off notifications, they should still be able to receive one when the request is resolved. 

Did you already ask them to turn the notifications on again from the request view in the portal?
