Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hi! I was searching a way to translate the portal to different languages in Jira Service Manager Cloud, a community manager suggested me this articles:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/provide-help-in-multiple-languages/
The problem is I wanted to test this in a free plan environment but I cannot access to the button or tools that allow me to use this feature. That is because the environment is using a free plan?
This is not because your plan is free, see on this page that multi-language support is available for all plans.
I have a free plan instance and am able to add a language.
Try to check if there is already a default language, if not, then try to add another language.
Try creating another free Atlassian account and try again.
I hope it resolves!
Regards,
Anthony
Where I can see if there is a default language, because when I access to Language Support in the project I cannot access to the button that allows me Add Languages.
In settings - System I have English as default language, should I edit that?
Sorry I am not familiar with this feature I don't know why is not available.
Thanks for your help.
