Hi Noa,

so Atlassian is replacing the original “Automation” and renaming the “Project automation” to “Automation”. Now what should be happening is that all of your older “Automations” will have been converted to the new automation rules. Did you look under project settings > automations? You might see two sub-screens - automation and legacy automation.

Hi @noa harel,

If you click through from Project Settings -> Automation I see an automation view with 2 entries in my Cloud instance:

Automation is the new automation, that is supposed to gradually take over all automation rules from the past and offer new options as well.

The Legacy automation is the old set of automation rules that came integrated with Jira Service desk. This is where I expect your old automation rules should be.

Hope this helps!
