Time Tracking in Jira service management cloud

How do I get issue time tracking to turn on in Jira Service management Cloud???

Hey @Chris L ,

  1.  SLA has nothing to do with time tracking.
  2. have you checked the Time tracking options itself? (https://yourhostname.atlassian.net/secure/admin/TimeTrackingAdmin.jspa)
  3. On the project, are time tracking permissions set correctly?  (under Project Settings -> Permisisons)

Since you have the block there under SLA, did anybody actually log time?

I will look at that? We have the correct permissions as instructed but still can't get it working so will look at how to log time against a ticket, sorry it may just be me and my lack of JSD experience.
