Hi,
Does anyone have a suggested solution for capturing and displaying JSD metrics time over time (ie ticket count in Current month vs last month, SLA metrics in current quarter vs last quarter, [other data] January 2020 vs January 2019)?
I've been looking around but it seems there's only reporting on one time frame at a time, and that they're all recent data, not able to see specific slices of more historic data.
Any Jira apps/plugins out there that do this currently?

You can do this with VisualScript for Jira. It can reach into your JSD data and create a report in a Jira dashboard gadget that can do this.
We have built reports where there are parameters of a start and end date to timebox the data it reports on. This can be current or historical. We have reported SLA metrics, ticket count, service desk health, problem and incident timelines etc.

Thanks for the suggestion Evan, but I don't think I could convince the company to spend thousands of dollars for one type of reporting we're looking for.
