To converted customer non english text into english text in agent view

To converted customer non English Comment into English text in agent view and when agent put some text in English for customer then it should be converted to other language.
For example, customer is japanese and he creates a request in japanese then it should be be converted into English for agent and when agent will put comment in English then it should be converted into Jap. We are looking for solution in Jira Service Management Cloud
