Hello
We have several projects/portals set up in JSM. Every portal has a topic with several knowledge base articles assigned. When managing the topic, I can see that for one specific portal only a few KB articles are selected. This is correct for our setup.
However, when a user logs in into that portal, the user can see all KB articles in the topic overview. Only after clicking on a KB article that he is not supposed to see, there is a page telling that he has no access.
This behaviour has recently changed. A few days (weeks?) ago, the inaccessible KB articles were not listed in the topic to the users.
Does anybody know whether the old behaviour can be restored somehow? Is it still possible to completely hide KB articles in one specific portal while it shall be visible in another portal?
The old behaviour has been restored. I guess it was rather a bug than a wanted change.
The behaviour seems to be unstable. We haven't changed the configuration and now the behaviour is changed back again and the users can see the inaccessible KB articles and only get a permission-denied information when they click on it.
I haven't found a way to configure this behaviour. If somebody finds out, please let us know.
