Hi folks, I created a JIRA Service Management Project as Team Managed. Although I am having Administrator rights even then I lack access to configure email or access the portal. However, my colleague who is also an administrator to the same project has access to the above mentioned 02 things. Any help here in this regard would be appreciated.
@Muhammad Shahan Rashid project admin rights should allow you to configure the email address, but portal access is a separate permission which can be found in the projects settings > Access > Project Permissions and/or Customer Permissions.
What error do you get when you try to go to the portal?
