One of my service portals is showing the error "Unfortunately, you don't have permissions to create attachments" in the attachment field.
This portal is available to employees of my instance and also to customers, but all of a sudden the customers showed this error. I've already searched the permission help that they have the right role for access, but even so the portal presents this message
