Hi,
I have updated one of the forms (tied to a Request Type) in Jira Service Management. I need to update existing tickets using this form to allow to use the latest version of the form. How can I do this?

YOu need to go ticket by ticket and scroll down on each ticket to Attached form.
Here you can click on the + sign and attached the new form.
