One of our service desk users is unable to access the portal. She is getting a message "! There was a problem loading, please refresh and try again."
She has logged out and back in. I have sent her a new invite to service desk. Anything else she can try?

interesting...have her try a new browser. also inspect the exact link she is using and try yourself.

Interesting - we have been getting the same issue ourselves both with staff using an internal support desk and external customers using a different service desk. Asking them to use a different browser does seem to work but it doesnt seem like a solution. Plus its 2021, and no one would dare ask someone to clear cookies and cache with all the online accounts people store now. Is there no other way this can be cleared or addressed from within?
