I have a cascading field, but it doesnt work in JSM Forms. So instead, i created a field within a form (without linking to custom field) and trying to take that Form field value in automation and populate the custom cascading field.

Is there a way to access the Form field value in an automation? I tried searching but couldnt find.

See screenshot what i am trying to do.

If this isnt an option, got any ideas?

Thanks for sharing  John, I too am trying to find a way to pull data from forms with out rebuilding. This might be just the trick for us.

I was reading on the roadmaps that Q1 or Q2 Atlassian will be bringing API access to the forms. Fingers crossed this would be a game changer.
