Hi, I am trying to limit the visibility of particular projects in the Help center to specific users.
I am following the instruction here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/limit-jira-service-management-visibility-to-customers-on-portal-779160886.html and here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/how-to-restrict-customers-access-to-specific-projects-only-in-jira-service-desk-cloud-815566896.html
However, I can still see the project in the Portal, even though I am not in the above mentioned group granted service desk customer project role.
I am also not listed among project Customers.
Do you know what to do in order to really limit the view only to Customers? Why I still see the project on the portal?
Are you project admin or and agent in the project? Project admins and agents will be able to view the project from the portal, there is no way of limit it to just customers unless you remove admins and agents from the project.
