When I add a customer to a project, does the customer see my project through the help center, or does the customer get redirected to the JIRA service desk and can access other project that they are not customers for?
Hi @Fahad Akhtar - If you have not already done so, I would strongly recommend you to review this page to get into a little more depth on JIRA Service Desk in the scope of Help Center and Customer portal. I am quoting something from the same page that tells Customers are only able to access the projects they have permissions to, from the Help Center - "Customers can use the global help center to search for request types and knowledge base articles across all customer portals they have access to."
