When i created vs Resolved report Is not match to csv report?

When I compute the CSV report It doesn't match the total numbers in Dashboard

This will be because your CSV export is not selecting the same issues as the report, or that your "compute" is wrong.

Could you tell us what you are downloading and what your calculation is?
