My service desk agents primarily use workflow screens to transition issues. Every workflow step has a specific screen associated that has particular fields that are required for that step. This dramatically increased our agents entering in the data that we require for accurate reporting on our issues.
The new AI tools, like summarizing and changing text tone, etc. are awesome. However, these options do not appear when using a transition screen.
