Where are the example Object Schemas?

I am attempting to setup an Insight Object Schema, All the documentation I am seeing on getting started indicates that when I choose "Create Object Schema" I should see a screen with the following: Empty Object Schema, Create Sample HR Schema, Create Sample IT Asset Schema, Create Sample CRM Schema.

I only see Empty Object Schema. Where are the sample schemas? How can I get my hands on the full-blown Employee OnBoarding example HR Schema that Mindville demoed a number of times: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwLkeQPOvqU
