Where can I find global permissions in JSM?

Hi,

Where can I find global permissions in JSM? I got an email from Atlassian as I'm an Org Admin. It says JSM users who may or may not have a license can view and potentially create and edit content in Confluence. I do not wan this as I only want licensed users to have such access. Where can I go to turn off this global permission?

Hello @Fahad Akhtar

The setting you are seeking is in Confluence, not JSM.

You need to go to the administration options in Confluence - in Confluence click the gear icon by your avatar.

Then, in the navigation panel on the left, expand Security and select Global Permissions.

That will show a page labeled Global Permissions with multiple tabs, one of which is named JSM Access.
