Where is Opsgenie on-call analytics

Nguyen Nguyen January 25, 2022

We have standard plan (merged with Jira Service Management).

I'm interested in these https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/advanced-reporting-and-analytics but cannot find the menu to access to the report.

Most of the tutor video show an outdated UI of Opsgenie. Where can I access them?

This is all the reports I can see right now (as admin)

Hello @Nguyen Nguyen,

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your account, I can see that there is a Standalone version of OpsGenie, and testing here, I was able to confirm that the Analytics on the Standalone version has fewer options.

For you to access the OpsGenie that was merged with Jira, please, access an ITSM project (or any service project that has Alerts enabled) and on the left side, click on Alerts, so you will be redirected to the correct OG or access via URL that would be https://<domain>.app.opsgenie.com/reports.

Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Angélica

Hi @Angélica Luz I merged Opsgenie with ITSM already should I see the features now?

After merged still it consider "standalone" anymore?

I pretty sure the merging completed because now I see payment for ITSM only.

Hi @Nguyen Nguyen,

I would like to apologize for forgetting to mention that those reports are available when OpsGenie is merged with JSM premium.

When JSM is on the Standard or Free version, only the API Usage Reports and Notification Reports are available. It also applies to the Standalone Essentials plan (which was the version of the screenshot I sent in my previous response).

With this said, in order to view those other reports, it’s necessary to upgrade JSM to the premium version.

Sorry for the misunderstanding in my previous answer.

If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know.

Kind regards,
Angélica

Hi @Angélica Luz this is more confusing for me.

Under the Opsgenie pricing, if I pay 19$ (Opsgenie standard) then I should have the features.

Now I'm paying 20$ for each and I don't have them????

Can I unmerge JSM and Opsgenie?

Hi @Nguyen Nguyen,

The Standard OpsGenie includes the On-Call Analytics report.

It’s possible to unmerge them, but only our Customer Advocates can do that.

Please, create a ticket on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ > What can we help you with? > Billing, payments, and pricing > Select a topic > Other so they can unmerge the products, and then, you will be able to upgrade the OpsGenie plan.
