Where to enter SLA JQL?

Hello,
I am not seeing a space to enter SLA JQL. Also, how do I change the value provided under "Apply to Issues"? Below is my view:

Hi Jackie,
When you add a goal there should be a box for the JQL, attaching an example of our SLA settings below. Hopefully this helps
